Hospice Care Support Activities & Benefits

Many people believe home hospice services provide round-the-clock care. Unfortunately this is not the case. 

​

Often, hospice services offer an hour or two of care per day, plus a weekly check-in by a nurse. Heaven On Earth Home Care will work side by side with your hospice care provider. Our supportive services are available for a few hours per week or up to 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Our specially trained caregivers can provide many services to assist you and your loved one in this time of need. Here are a few of the services we offer:
